At www.aguabendita.com it is our commitment to comply with the delivery times, therefore if the day your order arrives, you are not present to receive it, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the front door or with someone who is in the address indicated, it is not essential that the same person who makes the purchase is the one who receives the order unless you notify us through one of our customer care channels, we know how important it is for you and that you would not like to wait until a next chance to receive it.
At AGUA BENDITA S.A.S., we want to guarantee that your order is delivered at the agreed time. If we need to contact you to notify you of any news about the order and within a month, we cannot find you, we will refund the money. We will ask PayPal to reverse the payment, and this will be reflected in a maximum period of 7 business days. The shipping value is not included in the value of the products. b. International orders (outside Colombia): The products will be shipped through DHL EXPRESS COLOMBIA LTDA, an external logistics operator contracted by AGUA BENDITA S.A.S. The logistics operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and in the agreed times. We have a delivery time of 3 to 10 business days, counted from the day after you placed the order, which may vary due to withholdings or delays in customs or local authorities.
All duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
These times do not apply to promotions or special events in the industry such as CyberLunes, Cyber Days, Hot Sale, Black Friday, CyberSanta, Bigsale, among others, for these dates delivery times will be extended, these will be informed on the website In current promotions, you will also know the estimated time during the purchase process by entering the delivery address, in any case, such period would not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order was placed.

The consignee authorizes AGUA BENDITA S.A.S. to import the goods on his behalf thought DHL or any other currier Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that AGUA BENDITA S.A.S, DHL or the currier selected for AGUA BENDITA SAS may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).
